The following mission statement was reaffirmed in September, 2006, at the Board of Director's Annual Planning Session:
We are a national, member owned financial cooperative dedicated to providing financial products and services that are focused on the specific needs for our membership.
We strive to offer the highest level of personal and professional service while preserving our strong and stable financial position.
We recognize that our employees and volunteers are vital to our success and depend on their dedication and efforts.
